I almost threw up reading that. If it is true then it should be easy enough to have another bloodless coup and get somebody with more sense in charge.
You're talking about the eyewitness account of the earthquake, right? Not about the "Rain" quote.

It was quit disappointing for me too.However I was not surprised since the Admin in Pk is poor even under normal circumstances. So when it comes to Disaster Relief, one cant expect any better.
And this article was only about the Capital city. Imagine what it is like to be up North in those small villages...
