What if you were full of hot air, and hence had very hot breath, hot enough to condense and subsequently boil? I think you could cook rice if you were full of hot enough air. Therefore, by the preceding logic, the more confident you are in your ability to cook rice by talking, the more likely you will be able to.
I especially like how my word verification string below is "egopksm". It sounds like it could be the name of a disease of the nafs.

I would say if a person thinks that they can cook rice through hot air then they are metaphorically full of hot air and they are litrally being unrealistic.
