I love the one by Rumi, it's one of my favourites.
Yeah, Rumi's...that's the only that touched me - for some weird reason.
I truly believe pains make us stronger. It's like someone said, iron is purified by going through fire, in the same manner, a human being is purified through his tests in life – purified not just in terms of better character, and better person – but also, his sins are wiped clean. Subhan Allah, if we have this lookout to pains and sufferings, we would patiently persevere.
Yes the one by Rumi is great mashahalah.
I also think the meaning of his rubbing means taking critisism from other people...and learning from it...
